My name is Edith de la Flor. I've been doing all kinds of crafts through my life. I attended Electronic Computer Programming Institute In Paterson, NJ for 2 years. Worked for a Local Bank in Passaic, NJ for 2 years when I decided to open my own business, a Party Supply Store in Clifton, NJ called Parties-R-Us. I did a lot of balloon sculptures, Party Decorations, and I also did a certification to become a Ceramic Teacher. After doing this for a few years I discovered the Cold Porcelain Paste and fell in Love with it. I visited Lima-Peru (Where I'm originally from), I took some courses and
I realized that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I've been taking several courses ever since trying to better myself in the art of modeling with the Cold Porcelain. I moved to Florida in 1996 with my family (My husband whom I love dearly, my four sons and our two cocker spaniel). Here I decided to open a business and start teaching. I was also teaching at Michael's Craft Store and Seminole C. C. to Senior Citicens and now I have a Studio (small but full of my work and big in memories). I keep giving out classes on Flowers, Favors and Home Decorations.
